Scott Lowe is a seasoned anger management counselor with more than 15 years of professional experience in behavioral health services. As an integral member of SECURE Counseling, Scott specializes in anger management facilitation and assessment data collection for driver’s license restoration cases. His attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and consistent adherence to evidence-based practices have made him a trusted partner among courts, probation departments, the Secretary of State, and referral agencies throughout the region.

Scott completed his Anger Management Certification through Century Anger Management in 2014, a nationally recognized evidence-based training provider. He also received his Domestic Violence Batterer’s Intervention certification through SECURE Counseling, further expanding his ability to support individuals in developing healthier communication and emotional regulation skills.

Known for his reliability and professionalism, Scott plays a vital role in ensuring compliance and integrity within program operations. His steady leadership and compassionate approach make him a valued member of the SECURE Counseling team.

A Michigan native since the age of five, Scott enjoys the quiet beauty of his home state and remains active in his local church, where his faith is an important part of his life. Outside of work, he finds joy in cooking, spending time outdoors, and—more recently—learning the art of pickleball, though he admits his knees sometimes disagree with his enthusiasm.

Scott also brings warmth and camaraderie to the workplace, often sharing his hospitality through home-cooked meals and his daily coffee delivery runs for the team. He has one adult son, who is married, and he looks forward to becoming a grandfather someday.

Fun fact: Scott and Giovanni Leonor, Co-Owner and Director of Operations at SECURE Counseling, have been best friends since fifth grade—and were even born on the same day, just hours apart.
