WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOU REFER A CLIENT.

  • We will contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving your referral.

  • If we are unable to reach your referral after seven (7) days, we will follow up with an email requesting assistance.

  • Once the referral is scheduled, we will email you to inform you of the scheduled appointment.

  • Within two (2) weeks of the assessment, we will inform you of the results and recommendations if needed.

  • Once enrolled in one of the treatment programs, we will send you monthly updates via email.
