Megan Vandermas has been a dedicated part of Secure Counseling for nearly a decade. She first joined the agency in 2013 as an administrative secretary, where her commitment and skill quickly became evident. In 2021, Megan stepped away to devote time to her growing family, but her passion for Secure Counseling never faded. She returned in 2024 as Co-Owner and Director of Operations, bringing fresh vision and seasoned experience to her leadership role. A native of Plainwell, Michigan, Megan married her husband in 2011, and together they are raising two children — a son and a daughter.

She is deeply rooted in family life, and her values of balance, compassion, and integrity guide her work with the agency. Megan has played a pivotal role in shaping Secure Counseling’s evolution. Before stepping away in 2021, she led the agency’s successful transition to virtual services during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring confidentiality, program quality, and client trust remained uncompromised. She also brings valuable experience in human resources and finance, which she now applies to strengthen fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability while keeping services affordable and accessible for participants.

As Director of Operations, Megan advocates strongly for clients by ensuring flexible services, fair pricing, and accountability at every level. She also serves as a key ambassador to referral partners, building lasting relationships through consistent communication, timely reporting, and professional collaboration. Megan’s leadership reflects both her professional expertise and her personal dedication to making Secure Counseling a place where growth and change are possible for every client.
