Kimberly Leonor is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. Throughout her career, she has combined a deep commitment to compassionate client care with strong administrative and leadership skills. 

In addition to her nursing career, Kimberly transitioned into entrepreneurship, gaining extensive experience in business ownership and operations, including leading her own medical practice. She brings this same level of excellence and innovation into her role as Co-Founder and Co-Owner of SECURE Counseling & Psychological Centers, where she serves as a member of the Leadership Team. In this capacity, she provides strategic guidance, supports organizational growth, and ensures that services are delivered with the highest standards of quality.

Kimberly’s strengths lie in her interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills, which enable her to balance direct client care with executive oversight. She is especially committed to helping individuals not only in their physical and medical well-being, but also in their personal and spiritual growth, often serving as a mentor to those she works alongside.

Kimberly values time with her husband, Giovanni, and together they have raised three children.
