Individual Counseling
Secure counseling, individual counseling provides one-on-one support tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances. In a confidential and compassionate setting, clients work collaboratively with a licensed counselor to address emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Through evidence-based therapeutic approaches, sessions focus on building insight, developing healthy coping strategies, and fostering lasting personal growth and emotional well-being. Individual counseling sessions range from 45-60 minutes in length.
Group Counseling
SUBSTANCE ABUSE
Substance abuse group counseling sessions create a supportive environment for individuals seeking to overcome addiction and build a healthier future. Through guided discussions and shared experiences, group members gain encouragement, accountability, and tools to manage cravings, prevent relapse, and restore balance in their lives—all while knowing they’re not alone in their journey. We offer substance abuse groups in both the morning and evenings to help accommodate everyone's schedules. Our substance abuse groups run biweekly and are 2 hours in length.
BATTERERS INTERVENTION PROGRAM (BIP)

Batterer intervention group provides a supportive environment for individuals ready to make meaningful change in their relationships and lives. Participants learn how to identify patterns of control and abuse, manage anger and stress, communicate effectively, and develop accountability. The goal is to promote healing, strengthen relationships, and help participants stay out of the legal system through lasting personal transformation. Our batterer intervention program length is either 26, 40, or 52 weeks of programming. We have both male and female groups and facilitators.
ANGER MANAGEMENT
Secures anger management group is a structured group program designed to help individuals understand the root causes of their anger and develop healthy, constructive ways to express it. Participants learn practical tools to manage stress, improve communication, and respond to conflict without aggression. The program emphasizes accountability, emotional awareness, and positive coping strategies to support healthier relationships and personal growth. The anger management program is 12 sessions in length.
