Do I need an attorney to get my drivers license back?
No, you can submit the information independently and if you are denied you can then obtain an attorney.
Are you paired with insurance?
We are not paired with insurance at this time, but we can accept HSA cards for payment and provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance. Most of the time, they will use the money spent towards your deductible.
When are you in Hastings?
Currently, we are in our Hastings location 2 times a month, and others are based on appointments.
Do you send my information to me or to my referral agent?
Secure will contact you and review the information with you, but any completed documents will be sent directly to the referral agent on your behalf.
Are you part of the court system?
Secure Counseling works with the court system, but we are not part of the court system; we are a private agency.
How long until I hear back about my evaluation?
7-14 Days is the turnaround time
How long are the counseling sessions?
We have groups that run weekly for 1 hour and some that run biweekly for 2 hours. Individual counseling sessions are 45–60 minutes in length.
How often do I need to come to counseling?
If you are doing individual or group sessions court ordered, you must have at least 2 sessions a month to stay within compliance with our programming.
Are sessions confidential?
YES!! We only report attendance compliance and payment compliance, and completion or failure to complete.
